Former WWE World Heavyweight Champion and Bellator MMA veteran Jake Hager Signed a six-fight contract with Power Slap. Hager — has previously been known to wrestle with fans. jack swagger — is scheduled to debut on Friday, April 17, 2026, the night before WrestleMania 42 in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Hager joked to TMZ. “I’ve heard it’s very easy to get slapped in the face, so I’m sure the line is just around the corner,” she joked.
Transitioning from scripted fighting to legal MMA and now competitive bashing is certainly unconventional, but Hager says he understands the risks.
“You know what you signed up for.” he said "You’re signing up to get slapped and you’re trying to slap someone as hard as you can, so you expect injuries to happen. I know the UFC does a great job covering all the costs associated with injuries. I’m not worried about it, to be honest.”
