FOMO Factory to reopen for limited run at Galleria mall

Closed in July after the death of its founder, Rachel Youens, the FOMO Factory will resume operation for three months at the Galleria Mall on October 18.

Opened in Houston in June, the FOMO Factory is an interactive, immersive exhibition for travel, offering a themed room with colorful backgrounds and props that visitors can "celebrate the magic of childhood" and post on social media via selfies It is. The 16 themed rooms include a "birthday room" with a giant cake, a "playground room" with an adult-size seesaw, and a "space room" with rotating galaxy chairs in honor of Houston.

Interactive exhibitions like FOMO Factory, Candytopia and The Museum of Ice Cream have become popular among young millennials and retailers who want to create new experiences that attract shoppers. During the five months of the FOMO Factory held in Austin last year, 17,000 visitors, including singer Billie Eilish, visited.
