Jeremy Lumbreras and Matteson Hamilton of Stream Realty Partners represented the landlord. Walker Barnett of Colliers International represented tenants.
According to Stream Realty Partners, WEG Electric chose the project because of Interstate 45's trailer storage, parking availability and visibility. The building is part of Phase 2 of the weekly commerce center delivered in May 2019.
According to Stream Realty, the contract is under construction of 4.7 million square feet of industrial space in the sub-market in North Houston. Another 1.5 million square feet recently completed.
