Jeremy Stephens and Yair Rodriguez met each other at the TD Garden in Boston, Massachusetts, with a featherweight clash tonight (Friday, October 18, 2019) at the UFC in ESPN 6. In the stellar fight, Rodriguez's initial kick was superior to Stevens' late surge, conferring a decision victory.
Rodriguez started off with a crazy jump kick, and the two players spent some time getting involved in the punch. Rodriguez attempted to stop the internal trip before taking Stevens to the fence. Stephens changed positions with double under hooks. Rodriguez landed a good elbow at break. Rodriguez's sharp front kick. 2 kicks to Rodriguez. This was a big fight that required an additional two rounds. Unfortunately for Stevens, who fought hard to return to the third round, it was too late. Except for the third round, Rodriguez's kicking ability was positively violent.
