Rudy Giuliani, President Donald Trump's personal lawyer, said he would only cooperate in investigating the impeachment of the house if Trump was allowed in the fire because of the fire on the theory of conspiracy.

Giuliani said, “If I want to testify, I will testify,” he said during a series of television appearances where impeachment dominated the debate.

But it is unclear whether Congressman Adam Schiff, who is leading the impeachment investigation, wants to hear Giuliani's sworn testimony.

The centerpiece of the Democratic-led investigation is Julian's efforts to conduct corruption investigations when Ukraine opposes presidential candidate Joe Widen and his son Hunter in 2020. Trump, at the request of the Ukrainian president in July, came to impeachment to investigate whether Trump linked US aid and its probes with Ukraine. There was no evidence of Biden's fault.

At present, D-Calif's Schiff is working to deal with an anonymous whistleblower, which is the center of litigation against the 45th president.

In the case of Trump, the development of the head swivel poses a threat, as it had never been before, through a report by Robert Mueller, Special Advisor to Russia's intervention in the 2016 election. Trump's words and actions were thoroughly investigated on July 25, when Trump's call to Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskiy and complaints against him. Democrats are waiting for the White House to respond to Congress' demands for testimony and documentation.

As chairman of the committee, Schiff said, “If they interfere, it will increase the likelihood that Congress will feel the need to move on to the article on interference. He said the committee is looking forward to a "soon" agreement on the insider's testimony.

While Trump was in a club in Sterling, Virginia, a former homeland security adviser suggested that Julian would dismiss the president by defending the false story that Ukraine, not Russia, was in turmoil in the 2016 US election.

"I'm deeply frustrated with the theory that he and the legal team have argued with the president," said Tom Bossert, an advisor to President George. W. Bush. "The conspiracy theory must disappear. They must stop."

Giuliani not only repeated this claim while appearing on TV, but also a statement in support of them that Trump was "wrong by the Democrats."

Trump made a brief and secret mention of crowd strike, a security company hired by the Democratic National Committee in a conversation with Zelenski on July 25. DNC's network was hacked and the emails posted by WikiLeaks have since been stolen.

Crowdstrike discovered, suspended, and analyzed the nuclear five months before the 2016 election, and determined that Russian agents were responsible. The result was confirmed by an FBI investigator. But conspiracy theorists claim that this debate is evidence that Trump is being persecuted by a "deep state".

According to Trump's call with the Ukrainian leader, “I want to know what happened in all these situations with Ukraine. They are called crowd strikes.

The theory claims that nuclear is a device designed to blame Russia.

Giuliani admitted that Ukraine was not responsible for the DNC hacking, but acknowledged that during the campaign the state stole the wrong information.

But the boss said, "Lee has not yet lost weight from past complaints about the 2016 investigation," said Mueller. "If he keeps focusing on that white whale, he will take him down."

Juliani appeared in ABC's "This Week" and CBS's "Face the Nation", and Schiff interviewed ABC and NBC's "Meet the Press." Bossert gave a speech at ABC.
