foodpanda introduced a new feature that allows consumers to start a conversation directly with the rider. Now instead of calling restaurants and food pandas directly, you can chat directly with your rider if your order is a bit late. The chat feature allows customers and riders to have a communication medium. Another great feature integrated into the app is the ability to track the rider from the destination to the departure point. You can now follow food panda riders with real-time updates.
