Later, members of the Marwat tribe allegedly shot two people from the Betani tribe near the area of the Amakheal bomb.

Members of the Marwat tribe allegedly opened fire on a bus on the Daraban road that carried people from the Betani tribe. As a result, nine people aboard the bus died and two others were injured.

All the bodies and injured were taken to the Tank Hospital of the district headquarters.

According to the police officer, raids are being carried out to arrest suspects on both sides, however, no first information report (FIR) has been submitted, and so far no arrests have been made. He said heavy police contingents have been deployed in the area, as well as in the hospital to avoid further violence.

The police officer attributed the attacks and counterattacks to an old rivalry between the two tribes.

Meanwhile, KP Prime Minister Mahmood Khan realized the shooting incidents and expressed regret for the loss of life. He ordered the KP police chief to submit an investigation report of the incident urgently.

The prime minister also ordered the police to arrest everyone involved and strengthen security in the area.
