Comedian Andy Dick seeks drivers at the ride sharing service in West Hollywood, California.
According to Page 6, the Los Angeles County Prosecutor's Office said that a comedian would be charged with sexual charges on misdemeanor charges on Friday.
The incident was reportedly announced in April 2018 when Andy reached out to the driver's crotch. The driver immediately goes to L.A. I filed a police report with the county sheriff.
Dick's representative has not yet made an immediate comment.
Charleston, 53, from South Carolina, had a similar problem to previous legal issues.
He was arrested for many years and charged with other seeking sins, including a 2010 incident involving club guards and bar customers in West Virginia. The criminal charges were dismissed after Dick completed the pre-trial transition program.
