T20I
On November 19, 2021, Harshal Patel made his T20I debut against New Zealand at the JSCA International Stadium Complex. He picked two wickets on debut and was named player of the match. He again took two wickets in the second T20I. In June 2022, Patel was included in India’s squad for the T20I series against Ireland.
