Iconic downtown Houston office tower renamed TC Energy Center

TC Energy has been six months since TC Energy changed its name at TransCanada to better reflect the scope of operations across North America and the growth of the US TC. TC Energy has been a tenant in the tower since mid-2013.

According to John Spafford of Madison Marquette, who is in charge of leasing with Madeline Gregory, “When TC Energy first planned to move to a building, it was able to show a path of growth that met both the tenant and the ownership goals. . "I'm very happy to see the plan fully realized."

Tenants at the TC Energy Center will have access to new amenities in the next few years.

The first phase of the $ 20 million renovation program going on in the lobby offers a white tablecloth restaurant and 10,000 square feet of creative office space, giving you a view of Jones Plaza on Capitol Street.

The next step in the renovation will bring mezzanine-level collaboration space above the new tenant lounge, conference center, lobby coffee bar and the former Bank of America lobby.
