Summit Nagar was born Saturday, August 16, 1997 (22 years old, as of 2019) In Jharjar, Haryana, he received primary education at Little Angels Senior Secondary School in Jhajjar, Haryana, and Rajkiya Pratibha Vikas Vidyalaya, Paschim Vihar, New Delhi. Sumit has been interested in cricket since childhood. His father wanted him to do something else but he persuaded him to play tennis. Sumit tried the sport and loved it. As his love for tennis grew, he started playing tennis regularly. His school coach also appreciated his game and advised his father to have Sumit professional training.
