LHC’s larger bench to scrutinize NAB chief’s appointment

LAHORE – The Lahore High Court (LHC) formed a larger bench on Thursday as a petition for appointing Judge Javed Iqbal as Chairman of the National Accountability Bureau (NAB) on Thursday.

Dogar relocated the local high court in March of this year, was instructed to cancel the appointment of NAB chairman, and called for the reversal of all actions taken by the responsible director during his surveillance.
