Chris Weidman's light heavyweight debut didn't go as planned. That's because Dominick Reyes took less than two minutes at the UFC Boston Main Event.
That will be the end of the title shot hope for former UFC middleweight champion, who had a vision for the current John 205 pound Jon Jones in the Reyes bout.
Weidman said in a UFC Unfiltered interview: “If it's up to me, dominate Dominick Reyes and confront Jon Jones.
Jones responded to Weidman's comment with a brief explanation. "Be careful with the goal you are staring at my back. It might be bite in the ass."
Reyes' fight was over and tainted, and Jones couldn't remind Wademan what he was saying.
Jones said in his latest Instagram post, "Before I come to my weight class and talk to sh-t, I can meet some of my competitors first."
Jones also sent a message to Dominick Reyes.
Many people speak, and all fell down. You will do the same
