Listening to the petition for disqualification of Federal Minister of Science and Technology Fawad Chaudhry, the Islamabad High Court (IHC) filed a written response to both parties on Wednesday and gave time to rescind the case for three weeks.

Fawad Chaudhry took the position that Sami Ibrahim anchor ran a program against him, broadcast pictures of his wife and daughter, and campaigned against him on social media.

Pakistani Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leader said she was abused during the program. He stressed that the case can be concluded by imposing a fine on the plaintiff to end the threat.

Sami Ibrahim argued that Fawad Chaudhry beat him in front of FIA DG Bashir Memon, but still the FIR was not raised by the Federal Minister. Fawad Chaudhry calls me an intimidator.

Sami Ibrahim has fallen.

Athar Minallah IHC Chief Justice said it was inappropriate to carry out such a program, and the Federal Minister instructed Congress to create a forum to solve such a problem.

The Supreme Court also added that Congress itself should be held accountable instead of bringing the matter to court. The hearing was postponed for three weeks.

It is mentioned here that the petition for disqualification of Fawad Chaudhry was filed under section 62 (1) (f) to cover up his assets.
