Bigg Boss Kannada began with a list of participants from various fields who entered the Bigg Boss house on October 13, 2019. The house has a total of 18 participants and candidates for elimination began on the 1st. On day 1, participants were gathered in a stadium with three boxes, one of which included a captain board and the other a nomination board.
