Karachi: On Sunday, Prime Minister Murad Ali Shah visited several areas of Karachi to review the ongoing clean driving.
The Minister visited Manghopir Road and inspected the Garbage Transfer Station (GTS) in front of the university. He expressed serious anger at the relevant authorities to establish the GTS before the university building.
He was concerned that the university was closed long ago. CM Shah noticed the closure and found a report to the secretary of the local university.
Later, the minister visited another garbage transfer station established in the Mominabad area, instructing the relevant authorities to liquidate the GTS as soon as possible.
He also visited the village of Orangi, which was welcomed by the Pakistani People's Party (PPP) activists. At this time, the Chief Minister vowed to begin development work in the region.
On 9 October, Prime Minister Murad Ali Shah announced a warning to seal buildings and shops when debris and garbage accumulates on roads and streets throughout Karachi.
CM Murad Ali Shah held a high-level meeting as chairman to review the progress of the ongoing Karachi clean operation, conveying important instructions in addition to waste disposal, including erosion removal and planting trees.
CM Shah ordered the district ministers to monitor other areas during the campaign. He also instructed the deputy commissioner's community to be busy to expedite the daily work of dumping garbage. "The chairman of all trade union councils is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the areas liquidated by local authorities."
The Prime Minister instructed the crotch to build 280 garbage transfer stations in addition to requesting drainage authorities to repair the sewers.
Deputy directors were instructed to participate in the anti-poly vaccination campaign along with a clean campaign. He instructed DC South to begin driving a tree farm and to promote the sewage system improvement process.
"There are many commercial areas in the south, and people have to be restricted to follow the rules to avoid throwing garbage on the roads."
