The Airline Passenger Experience Association (APEX) ranked Turkish Airlines as a five-star global airline, which ranked nearly 600 airlines worldwide in five categories.

With only 65 aircraft in 2003, Turkish Airlines connects 124 countries with 330 jets.

Turkey's main airline, Turkish Airlines, has been selected as a 2020 5-star global airline by the airline airline passenger group APEX (Airline Passenger Experience Association).
Turkish Airlines said in a statement worldwide Tuesday that nearly 600 airlines were categorized into five categories: seating comfort, inflight service, food and beverage, entertainment and Wi-Fi.
The APEX Awards announced Monday in Los Angeles with the participation of travel industry experts.

The airline said it has renewed business class conditions on Dreamliner's new aircraft.
Founded in 1933 with five aircraft, Turkish Airlines now has 343 aircraft, including airliners and cargo planes, flying to 315 destinations worldwide in 126 countries.
Turkish Airlines was selected as the best airline in Europe by Skytrax for six consecutive years from 2011 to 2016, and it was selected as the best airline in southern Europe for nine consecutive years in 2017.
