LONDON (AP) – British Prime Minister Keir Starmer still appointed Peter Mandelson as ambassador to the United States despite warnings that his government was exposed to “reputational risk” because of his ties to convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein, documents released Wednesday showed. Starmer sacked Mandelson after nine months on the job.
