KARACHI – Gold prices recorded another decline for the fourth consecutive day on Friday, in line with the downward trend in international markets.
According to data shared by All Pakistan Gems and Jewelers Association, gold price per tola fell by Rs3,400 to settle at Rs533,762.
Similarly, the price of 10 grams has fallen by Rs2,915, taking the new price to Rs457,614 in the local market.
The precious commodity fell $34 in the international bullion market, with prices hovering around $5,110 an ounce.
Unlike gold, silver prices recorded an upward trend with the per tola rate rising by Rs104 to reach Rs8,914. The price of 10 grams has shot up by Rs89, taking the new price to Rs7,642.
