teaOne-year-old Nitin Rathore from Kota is the student the government had in mind when it came up with the Prime Minister’s Internship Scheme (PMIS). A business administration graduate from Career Point University and the first member of his family to run a business, he has been working in the HR department of an Indian multinational company for the past few months. He sees the one-year internship as a stepping stone to a secure career and says, “I am 100% giving this opportunity to get a pre-placement offer.”
