She spent her childhood in Lahore. She loved sports from a young age. As a child, she studied karate for a while. But at the time, she wasn’t really interested in martial arts. She participated in swimming competitions during her school days. However, sports were not much encouraged in Lahore at that time. She became motivated to pursue sports after moving to Karachi. Later she moved to London, England to pursue higher education. I graduated from University of the Arts London (UAL) in 2017. In 2016, she took up Krav Maga, an Israeli self-defense martial art. She then moved back to Karachi. After learning Muay Thai for a while, she started training at K7 Fitness & Kickboxing Academy led by Rizwan Khan Orakzai. After learning kickboxing, she decided to become an MMA fighter.

She won a bronze medal in the flyweight division at the 2022 Asian Championships in Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province, China. She became the National Flyweight Champion again in 2023.

He holds a Personal Trainer certification from the International Sports Science Association (ISSA) and an MMA Conditioning Coach certification from the National Academy of Sports Medicine. On February 12, 2024, she became the director of the Pakistan Mixed Martial Arts Federation in the women’s category.
