K. Shivaram (1953-2024) was an Indian actor, politician, and former bureaucrat. He participated in the Bharatiya Janata Party and worked mainly in Kannada films. He died of a heart attack in Bangalore, India, on February 29, 2024.

In 2013, after retiring from the post of Bangalore district commissioner, he joined the Indian National Congress (INC) as a member. However, in 2014, K. Shivaram left INC and joined Janata Dal (Secular) as a member. He contested the Legislative Assembly election from Bijapur constituency but lost the election to Bharatiya Janata Party candidate Ramesh Jigajinagi.

In the same year, he returned to the Indian National Congress and supported the appointment of Dalit leader Dr G. Parameshwar as Deputy Chief Minister of Karnataka. However, this support caused controversy during the National Assembly elections.

On October 14, 2016, K. Shivaram joined the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) after expressing dissatisfaction with Dalits being recognized in high positions within Indian National Congress politics.
