One of Sindh's main educational tasks is the large number of out-of-school children in Sindh, currently estimated at 6.4 million and the number of children in the area is 40 percent.

Prime Minister Sheed Murad Ali Shah said on Monday that he would represent 38 foreign ministry academy delegations of Chinese, Afghanistan and Pakistani diplomats at the CM House.

He also highlighted an educational project that operates under public-private partnerships in Sindh. CM has said that in the last five years with regard to university education, 53 universities have been provided with missing facilities, 86 rehabilitation facilities, and many others have been upgraded to degree levels.

He argued that huge investments were made in higher education by establishing new universities and campuses and introducing graduate courses. He said a total of 25 new public diversity or existing new campuses were established, along with four universities for engineering and technology.
