Sen. Adam Schiff (D-Calif.) on Sunday condemned the Trump administration’s “horrible decision” to lift some sanctions on Russian oil amid the war with Iran. “I think this is a terrible decision, but it’s one of those decisions that comes with the unpredictability of war,” Schiff told NBC News’ Christine Welker.
