YouTube said Wednesday that it will expand access to its artificial intelligence (AI) detection tools to politicians and journalists. The company will allow a pilot group of lawmakers and journalists to use its likeness detection feature, which will allow YouTube to flag AI-generated content that uses people’s likenesses and request its removal if it violates YouTube.
