JazzWorld, Pakistan’s leading integrated digital ServiceCo, has introduced support initiatives to support customers traveling to or residing in parts of the Middle East amid the ongoing regional crisis.
As uncertainty and travel disruptions affect many Pakistanis in the region, the aim of this initiative is to help them stay connected to their families during this difficult period. Under the bill, JazzWorld will provide free data to more than 165,000 Jazz customers currently registered on its international roaming network across GCC countries.
Support includes 200 MB of data valid from March 7 to March 9, allowing customers to stay in touch with their families even when communication is most important. Benefits are provided automatically, so customers don’t need to take any action. Once the offer is activated, users will receive an SMS notification confirming activation.
“Our thoughts are with everyone affected by the changing situation in the region,” said Jazz GSM President Kazim Mujtaba. “In moments like these, the ability to stay connected to family and loved ones becomes increasingly important. Through this small gesture, we hope to provide reassurance and help our customers stay in touch with the people who matter most.”
This action reflects JazzWorld’s ongoing commitment to supporting customers in their time of need and ensuring essential communications remain available to them wherever they are.
