
Israeli warplanes carried out fresh airstrikes on several parts of southern Lebanon on Thursday, Lebanese media reported.
national national news agency (NNA) said fighter jets attacked the outskirts of Deir Seryan and Adaisseh in the Marjayoun region.
Additional airstrikes targeted the villages of Talussa and Tulin, also in the south.
In the Nabatieh region, Israeli warplanes struck the villages of Jibchit and Nabatieh al Fawqa, while similar attacks hit Zawtar al Gharbiya and the area between Abba and Jibchit.
NNA It also reported airstrikes near a university in the city of Nabatieh.
Separately, a vehicle crashed on the Zahle-Karak highway, according to the agency.
Meanwhile, the Israeli military warned residents of southern Lebanon on Thursday to evacuate areas south of the Litani River, including the cities of Tire and Bint Jbeil, and move north of the river ahead of the coming attack.
In a post on X, Israeli military spokesman Avichay Adraee warned all residents of southern Lebanon to “move north of the Litani River immediately.”
Adraee said the warning also included residents of the cities of Tyre and Bint Jbeil and promised to “act strongly” against Hezbollah.
“Anyone near Hezbollah members, facilities or combat equipment puts their lives at risk,” he warned.
Adraee expanded the warning to include all houses that he claimed were “used by Hezbollah for military purposes.”
