When is Labor Day 2024?
Labor Day in the United States is celebrated every year on the first Monday of September. That means you can take advantage of the deal immediately, as this year it falls today, September 2nd. The federal holiday honors and recognizes the efforts and contributions of workers to our nation’s progress and accomplishments. This is also known as the unofficial end of summer, as many fall activities begin around this time. Because it’s the end of summer, we celebrate the season around Labor Day and that’s also why we have a lot of sales on Labor Day, which is the peak of back-to-school sales. Many states also celebrate with major events around that time.
When does the Labor Day sale start?
Officially, Labor Day sales begin yesterday, September 2nd, which is an official holiday. But like most sales, the Labor Day sale starts much earlier than this and we’ve seen some good deals over the past few days. Throughout August, we’ve seen plenty of discounts in back-to-school sales as well as early Labor Day sales. All of this combines into an addictive mix of sales season, offering great discounts all summer long.
This year we’ve seen early Labor Day sales kick off in August, and we’re hoping there will still be a few good deals in the coming days. Count on many retailers offering week-long sales throughout the first week of September. Then you can easily get good discounts on various products.
