Riverway Homes carves out next Spring Branch community

Houston-based Riverway Homes opened the territory with the doors of Spring Valley Point as the next project of the Spring Branch. The neighborhood plans for 45 family homes whose prices start at $ 439,000.

High-density development, located south of Long Point Road at Ojeman Road near Bingle, has two- and three-storey houses using stucco with brick accents. The builder offers four plans ranging from 2,121 to 2,717 square feet for three different lot sizes.

Riverway Homes has developed several residential projects in the Spring Branch area over the last decade. West of Loop 610 and north of Interstate 10 are between large employers in the city and the energy corridor.

Spring Valley Point is divided into Valley Oaks Elementary, Spring Branch Middle School, and Memorial High in the Spring Branch Independent School District.

John Santasiero says, “I really like the Spring Branch area. "I think there are a lot of young people who want new architecture and want to be in this school district."

Nearby Riverway Homes recently developed Moritz Cove, an eight-homed territory just west of the other filling development complex in Moritz on Reserve by Ryland Homes and Village of Spring Branch David Weekley Homes.

The company completed Spring Valley Cove, a 25-generation home with $ 600,000 to $ 1 million in 2018.

Riverway Homes aims to provide new homes at a lower price than the cost of getting a new home in a neighborhood in the area.

Santasiero said demolition homes, which sell a lot of value in the area, could cost $ 350,000 to $ 400,000. New homes range from $ 1 million to $ 1.3 million.

Santasiero said Riverway Homes assembled seven acres for a project called Spring Valley Creek. The proposed 60-lot development is on the south side of Spring Valley Point. The company has another parcel in the area for future development.

Riverway Homes is near Somerset Green, Cottage Grove and Washington Avenue.
