Ehd-e-Wafa is a popular drama from HUM produced by MD Productions and ISPR. The script for the drama was written by the fame of Sang-e-Mar Mar's Mustafa Afridi and Aangan, and the theater directed Sang-e-Mar Mar, one of the industry's best directors, Sae Hasan. Together they were awarded the best writer and director award at Sang-e-Mar Mar.

The bad news is that Ehd-e-Wafa's shooting has stopped. The well-known entertainment website EPK posted the news that only 15 episodes have been filmed so far. Additional episodes have been postponed and the rest of the episode scripts are incomplete. According to this source, only 17 episodes have been scripted and the next 5 episodes have to be scripted to begin shooting in a way that works in a production environment.
As this is not bad, the EPK also reported that two major actors were down with dengue fever. Ahad Raza Mir plays an important role in the drama and can't shoot because of dengue fever now. Wahaj Ali was also diagnosed with dengue fever. It will take some time to recover. Currently Ahad Raza Mir is abroad, while Wahaj Ali is slowly recovering.
