Houston police responded at 12:55 am to Kwik Kar Wash on Hayes Road in 2950 after the shooting was reported. Houston Police Agency spokesman John Cannon said the first respondents found a 39-year-old man lying in a parking lot with several gunshot wounds.

Paramedics proclaimed the dead at the scene. Witnesses or suspects have not been identified. Victim was not confirmed waiting for notification of next relative.
Five minutes after the shooting was reported, police said they were dispatched as a second shooting, half a mile from 11312 Westheimer Road, and a 28-year-old woman was shot in a shift outside the bar.

The police said the police. The suspect passed the bar and fired a few more shots to hit the bystander.
The woman was transferred to a nearby hospital in a stable state. Houston police don't think it's related to shooting.
