LAHORE: More than 800 reservations from Punjab police training institutions have been made available to 36 districts to avoid any law and order situation in view of the & # 39; Marcha Azadi & # 39; announced by Jamiat Ulema-i-Islam-Fazl (JUI -F).

The Rawalpindi district received the largest number of reservations. [120], followed by Attock (80), Lahore (50), Rahim Yar Khan (18) and Multan (16).

District police officers (OPD) have been instructed to use them for reinforcement in addition to deploying their respective district forces in case of any emergency situation.

Police reserves have been sent from the five police training centers / schools, including Punjab Farooqabad Police, Sihala Police College, Chuhng Police Training College and Farooqabad, Rawalpindi, Sargodha and police training institutions Fine.

"The heads of the aforementioned institutions have been ordered to save 503 reserves to make them available to the districts," an official development official told Dawn.

He said the decision was made at a high-level meeting held at the Central Police Office (CPO) a couple of days ago.

The CPO also issued an official letter in this regard to all heads of institutions with instructions that the reserve force should reach the districts on Wednesday.

"The force will be saved on October 23, for later transport to the borrowing districts of the province," the letter reads.

In addition, he stated that the assigned force will bring seasonal bedding and the right uniform.

They were instructed to carry their original CNICs in addition to the official identity cards, the letter says.

The respective OPDs have been directed to make arrangements for safe accommodation, administration, food and welfare of the arriving force.
