The Turkish national team led France 1-1 in their away games on Monday to stay first in Group H in the UEFA EURO 2020 qualifying on Monday.
In the match against Saint-Denis in France, the latest World Cup champions failed to score at home.
The home side's opening goal was scored 76 minutes into the match by Olivier Giroud.
However, Turkey responded quickly with Kaan Ayhan's header after 82 minutes.
The Turkish players celebrated by greeting the soldiers to dedicate their goals to Turkish soldiers who are currently in northern Syria for a peaceful protest operation.
The celebration was not broadcast on French television.
The top two teams in each group can receive UEFA EURO 2020 directly.
Turkey and France are likely to advance to the Euro final.
On Friday, Turkey defeated Albania 1-0 in the UEFA EURO 2020 qualifier.
Meanwhile, France defeated Iceland 1-0 in their away game on Friday.
Turkey scored 19 points in six of its eight games.
France also got second and scored 19 points in eight games.
Iceland ranked third with 15 points.
In June, Turkey defeated France 2-0 for the first time ever to lead Group H.
