I think my posture is too awkward to call this exercise for a specific muscle group. My arms worked very hard, but later my back was mainly ached because I bent down like a cat. Fight). Gloot and hamstrings are less durable than road bikes, but the balance requirements are right for the core.
I did not go through the first phase of “manual”. Lift the front wheel until you are at a 45 degree angle from the ground. Put your foot on the pedal to find the balance point.
