Justice Isa case trial of entire judiciary: counsel

–SC bench, postpone hearing until October 14, defer delay for two weeks

Islamabad: On Tuesday, 10 Supreme Court bench hearings against 12 pleas appealing the Supreme Court Hearing (SJC) lawsuit against SC court Qazi Faez Isa refused to postpone the hearing of the judges for two weeks by October 14. Postponed. This is the request of Munir A Malik.

Bench said the Attorney General of Umar Ata Bandial said that the bench members should leave the country two weeks later. So there will be no such delay.

Attorney General Anwar Mansoor also filed an answer to the petition filed by Judge Isa.

The court instructed the Attorney General to provide a copy of his response to all petitioners in the case.

In response, Malik argued that the allegations of the petition were based on Malapid intentions, but that no reference was made to the response.

But Bench insisted that the lawyer started his argument in the case the same day.

Either way, Judge Lawyer Isa said there was no time to investigate the government's response filed the same day as a government hearing.

Judge Bandial said, "We are trying to hear this case as soon as possible." Referring to the initial delay, the SC judge said that the incident was delayed earlier because of Malik's disease.

“The whole country is looking for this bench, why should I hurry? Malik added: A 10-person bench wants to protect this organ.

“I am here to hear the incident. If you want to postpone this for a long time, let me know, ”he said. Bench's director also said his "community" 's "honored friend" was criticized and wanted to hear the post rush.

Malik claimed that the judge and his family were monitored. “The campaign has begun for our clients,” he said. Judge Bandial asked the lawyer to explain his case against the background of the case.

Malik replied that his client passed a verdict he disliked. "This decision started a cautious campaign for my clients," he added.

Judge Bandial said two judges withdrew from the bench because of the petitioner's objection. "This was a painful process," he said.

He pointed out that the incident is one of those kinds.

Malik said, “This is a trial of the entire judiciary.

“The Justice Director is not a & # 39; gentleman & # 39; who stole money from the people. However, he still claims that he was dishonestly taking over three properties during his tenure as President of the Balochistan High Court. He also did not disclose them in the property statement. ”

Judge Bandial said the claim was a "stain" of the judiciary, and the problem could not be wiped under the rug. He insisted that the Supreme Court will keep the decoration.

In May of this year, at the request of President Arif Albi, a reference was made to the judiciary director, accused by a judge hiding his property in England, claimed in the name of his wife and children. However, the lawsuit was stopped after dozens of petitions were filed with the SC for later reference.
