
B N Yugandhar, father of Microsoft CEO Satya Nadella, died in Hyderabad on Friday, September 13, 2019. He was a former IAS director who served in the era of P V Narasimha Rao. Yugandhar worked in the Prime Minister's office during the P. Narasimha Rao regime and worked at the Lal Bahadur Shastri National Academy of Academy in Mussorie.
Yugandhar died on the afternoon of the 13th, a source close to him said. Yugandhar said he was not doing well for a while now. His wife preceded him, and sources said Satya Nadella was their only child.
In 1962, Yugandhar, a batch IAS officer, also served as secretary in the Union Rural Development Ministry. As a member of the erstwhile Planning Commission, he helped to get a full chapter on the problem of disability included in the plan, official sources said.
Secretary of State Telang Ghana SK Josh Tellang Ghana charged the death of Yuganhar and told PTI, "He (Yugandr) was an IAS officer and bail in the crown of officials." He (Yugandhar) was a dedicated and great officer. He inspired young IAS officers. He had a left-oriented idea. It is a loss for all of us. ”
Bang Acharya, president of the Telangana IAS Officers Association, mourned the death of a famous official. “Yugandhar is a role model that a young officer imitates in terms of his contributions to rural development. I hope his “atma” (soul) gets “sadgati” (salvation), ”said the statement.
Director K Chandrasekhar Rao said that the soul that departed on suspicion of Uganda's death was a sincere officer known for simplicity. According to the secretary-general, he said, "I sincerely congratulated the bereaved family," such as "Sri Satya Nadella, son of Sri Yugandhar and Microsoft CEO."
