teaHis taste for old fashioned shows an amazing spirit. Meskal's fruity, smoky smoky notes go well with seasonal fruit and other tropical fruits like pineapples.

50ml Passion Fruit Syrup (See how)
Scalpel 50ml – We use Ilegal Joven
1 strip Orange flavor
3 drops angosturbiter
½ Passion FruitDecorate

For syrup, gently heat one part brown sugar syrup with one part passion fruit pulp, then cool and infuse for two hours.

To make a drink, pour a scalpel and syrup into the mixing glass, add orange flavor and bitter taste and stir vigorously. Pour three large pieces of ice in a short tumbler, decorate with half fruits, then serve with a teaspoon of fruit.
