The head of JUI-F, Maulana Fazlur Rehman, told the government negotiating committee on Thursday that he should hold talks with the opposition tomorrow about his anti-government protest, to "bring the letter of resignation from the prime minister" when they come.<\/p>\n
Rehman said his anti-government protest, called by the party as & # 39; Azadi March & # 39 ;, is scheduled for October 31 and there are no changes to the cards. "The decision to withdraw it will only be taken, if it does, by the Rehbar Committee," he said, addressing a press conference in Sukkur after a meeting between the members of the JUI-F.<\/p>\n
However, he minimized the possibility of such a result, expressing his total confidence that the march will be carried out with the full participation and support of the nation.<\/p>\n
The head of the JUI-F reiterated the opposition's plans to show solidarity with the cashmere on October 27, observed worldwide by cashmere as Black Day. "Special programs will be held throughout the country and a large meeting will be held in Karachi on the occasion," he said.<\/p>\n

Rehman denied that the Rehbar Committee was not willing to meet with its government counterparts. He said that after tomorrow's meeting between the two sides, opposition parties will hold consultations before responding to the government.<\/p>\n
"However, what can you expect from a team headed by Pervez Khattak? Their attitude and manners do not lead to conversations."<\/p>\n
He also criticized the government for offering to hold talks on the one hand, while on the other it created obstacles in the way of the opposition. "Stores, gas pumps, etc., are closing. They can do whatever they want. We will enter Islamabad, whatever happens."<\/p>\n
Rehman urged the opposition not to lose courage and present a strong front against the government. "The hopes of the whole nation are with us and we must support them," he said.<\/p>\n
Regarding the health of Nawaz Sharif, the head of the JUI-F said that "giving someone the deprivation of liberty when their health is failing them is the sign of a tyrannical leadership."<\/p>\n
Defense Minister Pervez Khattak and the president of the Punjab Assembly, Chaudhry Pervaiz Elahi, two members of the government negotiating committee, communicated Wednesday with Akram Khan Durrani and Maulana Fazlur Rehman of the JUI-F, respectively, On his protest march.<\/p>\n
Following telephone contact from government representatives, Durrani convened a meeting of the opposition Rehbar Committee on Friday, according to a JUI-F spokesperson. It will take place at 4pm at the Islamabad residence in Durrani.<\/p>\n
