Suze is a typical French aperitif, but here the light and interesting tastes from all over Europe combine to create a delicious alternative to summer spurs or G & T.<\/p>\n

Gallica<\/h2>\n

1 serving<\/p>\n

Camomile Infusion 30ml Suze <\/strong>\u2013 <\/strong>To make this, pour 1\/4 bottle of water into a jar, add chamomile tea bags, seal and infuse.
Aquarium 20ml
Orange Juice 30ml<\/strong>Ideally freshly squeezed
10ml sugar syrup
tonic<\/strong>Back to Top \u2013 Use Luscombe for a subtle flavor that doesn't overpower other ingredients.
1 slice orange<\/strong>Decorate
Rose and \/ or orange flowers<\/strong>To mist over,<\/p>\n

Fill the highball glass with ice cubes, add Suze, aquavit, orange juice and syrup and stir gently.<\/p>\n

Sprinkle orange slices on top with tonic water, then rose and \/ or orange blossom water.<\/p>\n
