The 56-story post-modern building in 700 Louisiana is now called the TC Energy Center, named after TC Energy Corp, a tenant, pipeline, power generation and gas storage company.<\/p>\n<p>    <!-- text --><\/p>\n<p>TC Energy occupies more than 300,000 square feet, about 25{7be40b84a6a43fc4fae13304fce9a2695859798abfc41afd127b9f8b21c5f9c5} of a 12.5 million square foot building. The former nomenclature rented about 168,000 square feet by renters in June, integrating downtown operations into the new Bank of America Tower at 800 Capitol.<\/p>\n<p>    <!-- text --><\/p>\n<p>TC Energy has been six months since TC Energy changed its name at TransCanada to better reflect the scope of operations across North America and the growth of the US TC. TC Energy says that about 25{7be40b84a6a43fc4fae13304fce9a2695859798abfc41afd127b9f8b21c5f9c5} of US gas demand is transported through a 31,000-mile pipeline and operates about 10 percent of US natural gas storage.
