      Nearly 10 months after a Houston woman was violently beaten, she is celebrating a new outlook on life.<\/p>\n

      <\/p>\n

      In January, Rachel Busch broke his eyes, broke his jaw and broke most of his teeth due to an assault that refused to have sex with a man in his mother's apartment. Doctors told Bush that facial trauma seemed to be related to high-speed car accidents.<\/p>\n

      After several weeks at the hospital and several surgeries, Busch, an international ballroom dancer and yoga teacher, remains deformed, she said. Chron.com<\/strong> Monday.<\/p>\n

      \u201cI looked in the mirror and was devastated. I thought I would live the rest of my life transformed. \u201d<\/p>\n

      Dr. Franklin Rose, a Houston plastic surgeon, entered.<\/p>\n

      <\/p>\n

      Rose learned about Busch from the GoFundMe page.<\/p>\n

      <\/p>\n

      \u201cSome people in Houston saw my GoFundMe, knew my story and contacted Dr. Rose. His office contacted me, \u201dshe said.<\/p>\n

      <\/p>\n

      Rose helped her regain her natural appearance by performing a seven-hour operation on Busch through the Holly Rose Ribbon Foundation, which provides free reconstructive surgery to cancer survivors and abuse victims.<\/p>\n

      <\/p>\n

      \u201cNow you can put on your makeup after ten months and feel like a normal human again. \u201cI think I'm playing a jackpot. Dr. Rose understood so much. I'm happy to see you again. \u201d<\/p>\n

      Busch said he did not use a GoFundMe account, but is still raising money for future surgery.<\/p>\n

      <\/p>\n

      "I'm still missing bones on my face and teeth," he said.<\/p>\n

      <\/p>\n

      On October 2, Rachel's 35th birthday, InterContinental Houston \u2013 Medical Center gathered more than 50 people publicly after plastic surgery.<\/p>\n

      <\/p>\n

      \u201cIt was surreal. At that moment I knew it would be okay, \u201dBusch said. \u201cIt was my first time since my first hair and makeup was done. I feel like a woman again. It was a magical night. \u201d<\/p>\n

      <\/p>\n

      Court records show that Donovan Micah Jones was charged with a weighted assault that resulted in serious personal injury with a $ 40,000 bond in Harris County prison. He is due to appear in court on October 30.<\/p>\n
