--><\/p>\n<p>Signorelli Co. marked the construction milestone by completing a substantial portion of the 456 The Pointe at Valley Ranch Town Center apartment complex north of Kingwood.<\/p>\n<p>    <!-- text --><\/p>\n<p>    <!-- text --><\/p>\n<p>Interstate 69 and the waterfront estate on Grand Parkway are the first multi-generational buildings in the Valley Ranch Town Center, Signorelli&#39;s complex project. The company held a celebration for the hotel on Tuesday, at the Valley Ranch Town Center for shopping, dining and entertainment within walking distance. The first stage, consisting of 336 units, is already open.
