According to a survey of local companies, many of the companies are beginning to feel positive about the current business environment compared to last quarter, and perceptions are approaching the historical average.<\/p>\n<p>    <!-- text --><\/p>\n<p>Payroll employment in the first quarter of 2019 rose 2.1{7be40b84a6a43fc4fae13304fce9a2695859798abfc41afd127b9f8b21c5f9c5}, but still surpasses US interest rates.
