    Ask someone to recommend you<\/strong>. This person can be a mentor, supervisor or professor. They ask this person to know you and your work well.<\/p>\n

    They will review your nomination. If you pass the first round, you will be asked to submit your application by hand. This app contains two essays and a series of questions.<\/p>\n

    The New Voices team will review your application and ask you to participate in the interview through a small group of finalists. Skype or phone<\/strong>. In this group they will choose a final grade of fellows.<\/p>\n
