Tracheostomy is a procedure in which a breathing tube is inserted in front of the neck to help the patient breathe.<\/p>\n Kilmer told the owner that he was "much better" than the way he was talking. Killer was diagnosed with throat cancer, but explained that he was lucky enough to be treated quickly.
