      Houston teenager crashes parents' SUV after police chase<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/div>\n

      A teenager who led a Houston police officer in a short chase crashed home early Tuesday morning.<\/p>\n

      <\/p>\n

      According to Lt. C. Larry Crowson of the Houston Police Department, a Houston police officer found a white SUV around 1 am near Sabo Road and South Beltway 8. Crowson said the police officer tried to congest, but later the driver, identified as a 15-year-old boy, speeded up.<\/p>\n

      <\/p>\n

      The teenagers changed the south to 12100 blocks on Kikholm Street, with a short chase through the neighborhood. Not knowing that the road was a dead end, Crowson said, a teenager walked the end of the road and jumped over the curb before falling home from the end of the road.<\/p>\n

      <\/p>\n

      Some residents were in the house but walked safely. Crowson said the teenager was detained quickly.<\/p>\n

      Crowson said the SUV is registered as a teenage parent and has not been reported stolen. The police think their teens would have picked up their car without their parents' secrets.<\/p>\n

      <\/p>\n

      I'm not sure what the charges teens will face.<\/p>\n
