This is the program released through the Prime Minister&#39;s Statement of State of Pakistan. The goal of the program is to lower inequality, invest in people and revitalize the delayed areas. The program addresses elite capture and the government&#39;s system seeks to develop equality, safety nets, jobs and livelihoods and human capital for the disadvantaged parts of the population.
