The meeting was attended by Chief Executive Officer Mumtaz Shah, Chairman of P &amp; D Naheed Shah, Secretary-General of CM Sajid Jamal Abro, Finance Minister Hassan Naqvi and Minister of Investment Ahsan Mangi.<\/p>\n<p>The Vice President of the World Bank and her team suggested that the state should make it more convenient and convenient for the state to acquire a NOC to start a business. Investors should not move from one department to another in order to obtain a NOC, and should apply only to the investment department in order to start a business in which the investment department must obtain permission from all relevant departments and institutions.<\/p>\n<p>The Secretary of State said the delay in issuing NOC was due to a number of landowners and agencies. Therefore, the Minister instructed the investment department to develop an electronic networking system among all land holding institutions so that it could be written independently for the NOC.<\/p>\n<p>Shah also instructed the Director General to reform at the sub-registration level of the Registration Committee to digitize and resolve property registration, transfer and mutation issues in one day.<\/p>\n<p>The World Bank thanked the Minister for his interest in developing an easy to do business at Sindh. The portal launched by the Sindh government in the Sindh Building Control Authority (SBCA) has had good results, but still local governments need to expand their networking further.<\/p>\n<p>The World Bank has ensured that the government will provide technical assistance in the development of networking systems.<\/p>\n<p>The meeting also found that Sindh Revenue Board&#39;s tax collection performance was the most efficient and business friendly tax collection agency.<\/p>\n<p>We thanked the government&#39;s move to develop an effective social protection system in accordance with the PPP Declaration issued in the 2018 general election.
