The illaha illallah."

"This means that we are the Prophet Muhammad ummat. We are the only nation that formed in the name of Islam and, therefore, we have a great responsibility on our shoulders. We must emulate the state of Medina. The state that was of the Prophet sunnah"said the prime minister.

"On this independence day while I am here, I want to tell the whole nation: we must follow those rules and the foundations that were established at that time. And this is how we will progress. The two fundamental stones on which Madina's state rested They are justice and the law.

"They must be followed. Then you will see how our country rises. You will see that it will be a shining example in the world."

The prime minister also spoke of the cashmere "who have been languishing under the curfew of the cruel government of Modi, whose rights have been taken away, who have been held prisoners not as humans but as animals with an army of 900,000 soldiers."

"Today I give you the message: the whole nation supports you and prays for you."

The prime minister promised to continue raising his voice for the rights of cashmere. "I have already become your lawyer and spokesperson and will fight for your case worldwide."

The prime minister took a moment to thank God that the people of GB "are not suffering from the oppression faced by cashmere."

"However, Modi has played his last card. As soon as the curfew is lifted, a sea of people will go out to fight for their independence and if God wants, no one can prevent them from winning." declared.

"On this independence day we celebrate today, we must understand that if we had not fought this war, this place could also have been under the Modi government. This spirit of sacrifice is what gives us la illaha illallah.

"This is the spirit with which we cast the fear of death and leave everything to God. We must keep this spirit alive," he said. "God tells us that whoever believes in him will free him from fear."

The prime minister recalled that he had visited the region for the last time 52 years ago as part of a school trip.

"It was a small city then. There was no Karakoram highway. The roads were dangerous. I was afraid that the jeep would collapse when I saw a broken vehicle in the abyss over short distances."

The prime minister thought about how difficult it was for tourists to travel to this region and praised the residents of the area for marching and resurrected to become such a prosperous society.

"I've been everywhere, in the most beautiful places, but beauty here is unparalleled in the world," he said.

"We have opened Pakistan to 70 countries where people can now obtain visas upon arrival. Tourism will see a multiple increase. It will have a bright future ahead," he told GB citizens.

"GB is the gateway to CPEC. The whole area will see unprecedented development."

After the prime minister's speech, the Azadi Parade began and several army regiments made a march.

Early in the day, the prime minister had visited the monument of the martyrs where he placed a crown of flowers and prayed for all who had sacrificed for the country.

Source: https://www.dawn.com/news/1514217/gb-independence-day-pm-pays-tribute-to-heroes-who-sacrificed-for-pakistan

The prime minister, Imran Khan, on Friday, while delivering a historic speech on the independence day celebrations in Gilgit-Baltistan, paid special tribute to the martyrs of the region "who gave their lives for Pakistan several times."
