She holds a Bachelor of Laws from Bhimrao Ambedkar University in Agra (now Agra University). She began law in 2004 and shared an office with Manish Babu Sharma. Manish was a senior and was in college like her.<\/p>\n

Her sister was offered a job as a sub-inspector of UP Police after her mother passed away while on duty. Kanchan completed police training at Moradabad in Uttar Pradesh three days before Darvesh was elected chairman of the Bar Council.<\/p>\n

Darvesh began his career by practicing law in Eta with senior Manish Babu Sharma. She moved there to Agra in 2009 after working there for five years. She rose very quickly in her career. In 2014 she was elected vice-president of the Uttar Pradesh State Bar Association. She was the first woman to be elected vice president of the UP Bar Council.<\/p>\n

a lot of people Darvesh was a very kind person<\/strong>. She cared for people, attended funerals of acquaintances, visited the invited features, and always welcomed everyone with a smile. She wanted to be chairman of the Bar Council in 2019, and to do this, she had to persuade everyone in the parliament to elect her. She also made many changes and improvements to the existing system. She promised to set up a library at UP for Bar Council members. She wanted to reward the families of advocates who died in accidents and medical expenses for sick advocates. She also promised a chamber for junior advocates.<\/p>\n

On June 10, 2019, he was elected President of the UP Bar Council. She made an alliance with another lawyer and decided to alternate the responsibilities of the president every six months. She was first set up as president. She was the first woman to be chairman of the UP Bar Council and was well received throughout India.<\/p>\n

On June 12, 2019, Darvesh Singh visited the Agra Civil Court and became famous for being elected president. Her longtime aide, Manish Babu Sharma, was also there. Manish and Darvesh have not talked to each other over the last six months as their differences have increased. Chief Attorney Arvind Mishra was pleased to meet Manish. He thought he was there to congratulate her and ask their differences.<\/p>\n

Darvesh headed into the room of senior advocate Arvind Mishra after a meeting with a junior advocate and another Agra civil court. Darvesh and Manish were in his room with 6-7 advocates. Darvesh and Manish suddenly began to argue when Manish pulled out a gun and shot Darvesh three times. Darvesh shot 2 bullets in the chest and 1 bullet in the head. Everyone was shocked and Manish shot himself before realizing what happened. They were taken to Pushpanjali Hospital, where Darvesh was announced to have died. Manish was in danger and the police waited for him to get better. They wanted to ask him. Mortal relics returned to Eta and were sent to her house for cremation.<\/p>\n
